How it works

Both Arrows and Dock support embedding external content and links directly into their rooms and plans. The simplest way to surface a Quarterzip agent is via the Deploy via Link method — no SDK or code required.

Get your agent link

In the Quarterzip app, open your agent and copy its dedicated URL.

Add it to your room or plan

Paste the link into your Arrows task or Dock workspace block (see platform-specific instructions below).

Users click to start a guided call

When a user clicks the link, they land on your agent’s page and can start a voice + screen-share session immediately.

Arrows

Arrows mutual action plans support several embed types. The recommended approach for Quarterzip is an Embed task action, which lets users engage with content directly inside the plan.
  1. Open your Arrows plan or template and add a new task.
  2. Select the Embed task action.
  3. Paste your Quarterzip agent URL into the link field.
  4. Optionally, check Hide embed after task is marked done if you only want users to access the agent once.
The Quarterzip agent will appear inline inside the task, and users can launch a call without leaving their onboarding plan.
Use a descriptive task title like “Book a guided walkthrough with your onboarding agent” to set clear expectations for the participant.

Dock

Dock workspaces support embedding content in flexible blocks. Add your Quarterzip agent as a Links block or use Dock’s Embed capability. Option 1 — Links block (recommended)
  1. In your Dock workspace, add a Links block.
  2. Add your Quarterzip agent URL as a link item with a clear label, e.g. “Launch your guided session”.
  3. Buyers can click directly from the workspace to start a call.
Option 2 — Embed block
  1. Add an embed block to your workspace.
  2. Paste your Quarterzip agent URL.
  3. Dock will render it inline for users to interact with directly.
Place the Quarterzip link in a dedicated section (e.g. “Get live help”) so it’s easy for buyers and champions to find and share internally.

Tips for both platforms

  • Use the link solution — No SDK is needed. The Quarterzip link works anywhere a URL can be placed.
  • Pair with a goal-driven agent — Configure your agent with a specific agenda (e.g. product walkthrough, onboarding checklist) that mirrors the tasks or milestones in the room.
  • Pre-fill user context — If the platform supports dynamic variables (e.g. {{ contact.email }}), use them in the surrounding copy so users know the session is personalised for them.
  • Post-call emails — Enable post-call summary emails in Quarterzip so users receive a recap in their inbox after the session, reinforcing the content in the room.
